What to expect at every stage.
- Avoid blood thinners, aspirin, and fish oil for 1 week.
- Stop topical retinol and exfoliants 2 days before.
- Avoid alcohol, exercise, and caffeine 24 hours before. Have a light meal.
- Consultation to review goals, assess volume loss, and plan sessions.
- Injections placed in the deep dermis or subcutaneous layer
- Treatment time varies by area.
- Swelling is expected immediately after — it will subside within days (this is not the final result).
- Massage the treated area: 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days (the “5-5-5” rule).
