What to expect at every stage.
- Stop blood thinners, aspirin, and fish oil 1 week before.
- Stop topical exfoliants and retinol 1 week before.
- Avoid excessive sun exposure. Tanned skin may require rescheduling.
- Allow at least 2 weeks since last neuromodulator or filler treatment, and 1 month before or after any laser or peel treatments.
- Arrive with no jewelry, a low-cut top, and bare skin (SPF is okay).
