Sculptra Face
Sculptra is a volumizer made of poly-L-lactic acid that stimulates the body to produce new collagen, replacing the natural volume loss that occurs with aging and allowing your skin to regrow its own natural collagen over time. It helps to correct shallow to deep facial wrinkles and folds, resulting in a firmer, younger looking skin.

Sculptra Neck
Sculptra is a collagen stimulator that can be used to restore the shape of your jawline. It is a great, long lasting option for an area that can typically require a much larger amount of gel fillers. As it stimulates collagen, it helps to restore the strength and support of the jawline, as well as improving overall skin quality.
In addition to being injected, sculptra can be applied on top of the skin and combined with microneedling to treat thin, crepe skin on the neck and chest.

Sculptra Aesthetic FAQs
Sculptra Aesthetic is a volumizer made of poly-l-lactic acid that stimulates the body to produce new collagen, replacing the natural volume loss that occurs with age. Sculptra Aesthetic works gradually, and results can take anywhere from 6 weeks - 3 months.
This varies per patient and desired outcome. Typically 1-3 treatments are needed, 4-6 weeks apart.
Sculptra Aesthetic is FDA approved to last two years. Body results have been shown to last much longer. However, there are no evidence-based research articles or clinical trials to support this data. A patient who has had three treatments should expect a longer result than someone who has done only one treatment.
Swelling, redness and bruising may occur immediately after treatment. Can resume social activities as soon as you feel comfortable with the way you look.
Sculptra Aesthetic contains lidocaine (a numbing agent). Some minor discomfort is expected. Numbing injections and vibration are used to decrease pain and discomfort.
As with most injectables, typical side effects are tenderness, redness, itching, bruising, and swelling. These are typical side effects from the result of an injection. The majority of these resolve without treatment within 3-7 days. Bruises may take up to 14 days in some cases.
Immediately after treatment, you will have some swelling giving your treatment area a more volumized appearance. However, this swelling will go down within a few days, making it look like you did not have anything done. In the coming weeks, your body will slowly begin to create collagen. Most patients start to see results after about three weeks. Over the next three months, the results will continue to improve.
