While there are an excess number of medspas in Houston, all with their sales and specials, The Skin Clinic stands apart as the place for personalized, meticulous, undetectable “work.” We want you to feel good in your own skin and enhance or restore your natural beauty by staying true to your unique look. Wherever you are in your aesthetic injectables journey, we promise to treat you with respect and provide honest, thoughtful consultations with detailed treatment planning. We are not a one size fits all practice. Our thorough consultations will provide you with transparent treatment options, considering your goals, timeline, and budget. The Skin Clinic providers want to provide you with treatment options that are best for you in the long run, not quick fixes. Aging is global, and so are our treatment plans, considering everything from skin health to volume loss. All of our aesthetic providers at The Skin Clinic are Board Certified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants. They have received extensive training in aesthetic medicine and can diagnose and treat most skin conditions and aesthetic concerns. Meet Our Team
Kelli Nwuli, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Kelli has been a cosmetic nurse injector since March 2018. She has completed over 50 continuing education and training courses from New York to LA during this time. Kelli has had the honor to speak on hair restoration at the Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons 2019 conference and about microneedling with radiofrequency at the Lutronic Summit in 2021. Kelli performs injectables, hair restoration, non-surgical body contouring, non-surgical fat reduction, laser skin resurfacing, and skincare consultations in Houston Heights. Kelli is committed to a natural aesthetic, enhancing or restoring one’s unique look.
Macy Siddiqi, PA-C
Macy Siddiqi is an aesthetic injector and cosmetic dermatology physician assistant (PA-C), with experience both in dermatology and plastic surgery. Born and raised in Houston, TX, Macy completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Houston. She went on to complete her Master’s of Medical Science in New Haven, CT at Yale University.
Macy is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA), and licensed to practice medicine through the Texas Board of Medicine. She is also a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She specializes in cosmetic dermatology, with a focus on dermal fillers, neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport, microneedling (RF, SkinPen), non-surgical fat reduction, lasers, and chemical peels.
In her free time, Macy enjoys spending time with her husband, nieces and nephews and 2 mini goldendoodles, as well as antiquing, cooking, traveling, and playing the piano. Macy is bilingual and speaks English and Farsi.
Nathaly Carrion, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Nathaly Carrion is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Aesthetic Medicine. Nathaly graduated with honors from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She then worked for for three years as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) before deciding to pursue a Masters in Nursing from Louisiana State Health and Sciences Center in New Orleans. Subsequently, Nathaly worked in emergency medicine before transitioning into dermatology. She soon discovered a passion for aesthetics and has since honed her skills while working in dermatology and plastic surgery practices. Nathaly is a member of Sigma Theta Tau – International Honor Society of Nursing, American Nurse Association, and American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Nathaly’s goal with all patients is to deliver natural aesthetic results, while maintaining patient safety as a top priority. She constantly strives to remain up to date on the newest technology and techniques in her field, and has trained in London with world renown providers in the industry. Nathaly is skilled and certified in advanced aesthetic procedures such as thread lifts, nonsurgical facial contouring, injectables like Botox and dermal fillers, and facial rejuvenation. With her Dermatology background, Nathaly is also proficient in helping you with your skin care needs. When she’s not helping her patients feel their most confident, Nathaly loves being a dog mom to her two pups and spending time outdoors and traveling.
