Neuromodulators FAQs

A New Client Consultation is required for all new clients, regardless of what treatment you are interested in.
If you are wanting to schedule with Kelli, you will need to call the office directly. Kelli takes a deposit of $150.
If you are wanting to schedule with Nathaly, you can call or schedule online! Nathaly takes a deposit of $50.Ā 

Your deposit can be used day of consultation only on; Dysport, Botox, skincare products, pre-payments for treatments and packages. If desired, toxin may be injected at this appointment. Additional treatments will be scheduled for a later date.
If you do not purchase anything at the consultation, the amount will go to the provider's time.Ā

TREATMENTS: We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.


PRODUCTS: We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Defective products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: We do not offer refunds on Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Yes! When your referral leaves your name on their intake paperwork as their referral source, weā€™ll automatically add $50 to your account.

Due to privacy laws, we cannot discuss individual referrals with you; so we wonā€™t tell you who the $50 is from.Ā

We require 48 hours notice before your reservation time in order to avoid a cancellation fee.Ā 
Fees are based on the length of the appointment:Ā 
30 minutes ā€“ $50
60 minutes ā€“ $100
60+ minutes ā€“ $150
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment directly through our online booking platform.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we will do our best to see you, but you may be asked to reschedule and charged a late fee.Ā 

We do not take insurance or CareCredit.
