Intake form option
- Invite your friends to experience The Skin Clinic.
- When they complete their intake form (online or in-office), they just need to write your name in the referral section.
- Once their first treatment is complete, a $50 credit will be added to your account, ready to use toward treatments or products.
Referral details: Valid for new patient referrals only. Referral rewards are redeemable for in-clinic treatments and/or products, with no cash value. Unlimited referrals allowed.

If your friend forgets to write your name on their intake form, that’s okay! They can simply mention your name to a team member at their first appointment. We’ll record it in our system, apply their referral, and add a $50 credit to your account.

At this time, referral credits can only be applied to purchases made in-clinic. This ensures your credits are tied directly to your account with us and can be easily redeemed when you come in for your next appointment or pick up products in person.
No, your credits don't expire. They'll remain safely stored on your account until you're ready to use them. Whether you'd like to apply them right away at your next visit or save them up for a larger treatment or product purchase, your credits will always be waiting for you.
Yes! Any previously earned referral credits remain valid and active in your account. You can use them just like the new credits earned under the current program. If you're unsure about the available balance on your account, our team will be happy to check your credit balance for you when you visit.
